I went for a run today. I ran differently than usual.
I decided that I wanted to try and do some intervals while I was running, and it went well. I I think I ran 8 'sprints' (they totally weren't sprints) and all the associated jogging too. It was also spread out over 35 minutes. It was a bit of a gruelling run, but at the end of it I felt great!
I want to run more, and I also want to hit the gym more, but balancing that all with TKD is particularly difficult, especially with assessments and second degree black belt preparation.
Aside from that this week at work I felt like I did plenty of work, however I could have done more, I know I could have done better.
