Today I cooked a whole bunch of things.
I made a vegetable stir fry, then a vegetable chilli (of which I had some for lunch), and had a relax, cleaned up, recorded a podcast, played some games, then cooked mac and cheese (for dinner) and made a tomato and mascarpone pasta bake.
All in all, it's been a productive day in the kitchen. I now have enough lunches to last me for the next 4 weeks! YAY!
I also made sloppy joes for the second time yesterday (using quorn mince, because veggie) and it was great!
And I ate a whole bag of jelly beans.
I've had a great time! What are your favourite meals to cook? Mine is veggie chilli, I memorised and modified a version ound in a cook book my parents have, removed the red wine from it, and it's delicious!
