I'm tired today. It's been a long one, and hopefully I should be minimally jet lagged, but who knows! Back in to work tomorrow to catch up with what ever has been going on.
The trip away was great, and I've got a bunch of ideas I want to start getting in to motion, however I really didn't eat healthily, and I'm very aware of the state my body is in right now, so I'm going to be kickstarting my fitness goals tomorrow and trying to make myself work hard at loosing weight, starting off with getting back on a stricter diet and a workout routine that has some measurable goals.
I don't know what this week has in store for me, but I know it's not going to be easy.
