I thought today was going to go differently. Actually, I’m rather unhappy with my diet at the moment. I know I need to be more strict, and be sensible with what I eat. 3 weeks today something is going on, and I want to look good for it, so I’m going to be focused on what I’m consuming.
I spent a bit of time today just doing everything I wanted, then realised that I had not planned out this weeks podcast, and did a little panicking. That was a fun time, I did message a lot of people about it too, and luckily, there were some good responses. All hope was not lost.
I know there’s stuff to do tomorrow, so I’ll be doing that, and I know I need to sort some flight information out too, but I have time for that, however I’d rather get that done sooner than later. I’m surprised that I haven’t got that done already to be honest.
Rachyrock and I have spent a lot of time recently watching SortedFood on youtube and have been really enjoying it. It just makes me want to learn how to cook even more, how to spice and season things appropriately and how all the flavours work together. Once I get over, I think I’ll be wanting to do a lot of cooking, something that at the moment, I’m not really doing, but also, right now I’m not really discovering new recipes that I can make and test out.
